BRAS What womens hasn't experienced some discomfort from her bra? It's not rocket science but it does take some know-how to find that looks and feels good. Take the time to find the perfect match and stop pushing and pulling for ever. It's worth it!
1. Does your Bra makes a perfect circle under your rib cage?
The band should be snug--but not so tight you cant fit a finger underneath. If so, you are wearing the right band size. If not, you nned to change band size.
Does your bra ride up your back?
If so, you either need to down in band size.
Does your bra create rolls of flesh above and below the side wings?
If so, you need to go up a band size or try a different style.
REMEMBER: Since the cup is not proportional with the band size the size of the cup also changes. If you go down in band size, you will need to increase the cup size to maintain the same size cup as before.
For example, you use to wear a 36B but just you realized you need to go down to a 34. Don't make a mistake of buying 34B--34C is the correct size for you if your cup size does not need altering.
8. Does your underwire bra lay flat against your chest?
If not, you should try a larger cup size or a different style.
The underwire should never sit on top of the breast tissue itself, but on the rib cage.
PANTIES Underpants might seem like something you can grab off a sales rack - yet the wrong panty will ruin your outfit by creating bulges and lines. And the worst thing--most of it happens behind your back! Thats why finding the best style for you--and for your clothing--is important. Here are a few guidelines to keep you from getting your knickers in a twist!
NO Visible Panty Lines Your panties should soomth you out completely--there should be no lines whatsoever.
NO Wedgies Your panties should be "budgeproof"--that imeans they stay put where your cheeks meet your legs.
No Front Wedgies (a.k.a. Vedgies, or another slag names that we won't even mention) Your panties should have right length rise for you--this is the key to a comfortable and smooth fit.
If so, either try different size or a style. One with more coverage might solve this dilemma.
Do you often find yourself tugging at your thong? If so, the style you're wearing might not be the best cut for you. You should try out Hanky Panky thongs--they are rated #1 for comfort and fit (and they're cute too).
